Dr Chris Baker
I currently lead professional development and Teaching & Learning within the School Improvement Team of a large group of schools in the South West of England, designing, delivering and evaluating support for over 3000 staff. Alongside that I lead and asses the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL) and provide a range of bespoke training for a Teaching School Hub Alliance.
I'm a regular speaker at national and international conferences and also provide brokered support for schools and organisations, working on projects ranging from T&L framework design, Professional Development evaluation, leadership development and executive coaching.
After escaping a debilitatingly low level of confidence in my youth, I now love a challenge and this has driven me to gain a doctorate in leadership development and to write a series of books.
