My specialism is leadership development, but I'm also a teacher of the year award winner and have led T&L and professional development at senior and executive levels

Training

If bespoke workshops or ongoing leadership development is what you need then we could be a great match. I've designed and delivered single sessions, whole courses and have led various National Professional Qualifications in leadership.

Content can selected from the launchpad book contents, personally adapted to your needs and delivered online, in person or pre-recorded.

Coaching

If you need individual support for yourself or someone in your team then let's chat. I have an ILM7 qualification in executive coaching and mentoring and over 200hrs of experience with emerging, middle, senior and executive leaders. I use my own model which creates a responsive approach allowing me to flexibly meet the need of different clients, purposefully moving between directive and non-directive.

I also have experience in supporting organisations to build coaching cultures, a coaching approach to conversation and providing supervision to support internal coaches.
